  They installed our unit a few years back. It never actually worked right and we would call, someone would come out and find nothing wrong. The unit came with a 10 year parts warranty, it stopped working yesterday. The man who came out was very nice. He found a wire had melted and the compressor no longer worked. Said even with the warranty its $700. And $75 for him to tell us the wire was melted. Awesome way to take care of your customers.
